Who we are
Oakspire Developments Limited is a building and carpentry contractor working across East Sussex and Kent.
The company was founded by Connor Kanek. Connor has worked in bespoke carpentry and building for over ten years, previously trading as CK Carpentry, and continues to work on site on every project the company takes on.
We are a small outfit by choice. That means we take on fewer projects at once, and the person who quotes your job is the person who builds it.

What we do not do
We are not a design practice and we are not a developer selling completed homes. We build for private clients on their own property.
Where we work
We work across East Sussex, including Battle, Hastings, St Leonards-on-Sea, Bexhill and Hailsham, and into Kent.
