Accessibility Statement
How accessible this website is, and where it currently falls short.
Prepared 25 July 2026
This statement applies to this website, which is run by Oakspire Developments Limited.
What we are aiming for
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We aim to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2. We are a small business and this site was not built by accessibility specialists, so we would rather be straightforward about where we currently fall short than claim more than we can support.
What you should be able to do
- navigate the whole site using a keyboard
- use the site with a screen reader
- zoom in to 200% without text overlapping or disappearing
- read text against backgrounds that meet the recommended contrast levels
Where we know we fall short
- Some photographs of completed work carry short alternative text describing the item built rather than every detail of the image.
- Some older photographs are lower resolution and may become unclear when magnified.
- We have not yet had the site tested by users of assistive technology.
If you have a problem using this site
If you cannot access something you need, or you would like information in a different format, for example a large-print or plain-text version of our terms, please contact us and we will provide it.

Enforcement
We are a private business, so the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not apply to us. We do have duties under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people, and we take those seriously.
If you are not happy with how we have responded to an accessibility problem, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
How this statement was prepared
This statement is based on our own review of the site rather than a formal external audit. We will update it as the site changes.
